Who is Eligible?
Any child who is born prematurely or "at risk" of developing a delay in speaking, moving, thinking, and relationship skills
Any child with a diagnosed disability such as Down Syndrome, autism, Cleft Lip/Palate, Cerebral Palsy.
Any child whose testing results show a delay of skills.
What can the Early Learning & Family Program team do for you?
Home visits and play groups to support families in teaching their children through play and daily routines.
Help families design their own plan of services and goals for their children.
Serve as the single point of contact for obtaining and coordinating the therapy and health services family need.
