Noorvik Aqqaluk School is a nongraded school in an Inupiaq village
with a focus on learning and achievement;where students hunt caribou
and moose, fish the river and lake, ski and play basketball, and surf the Internet;
where travel is by snowmachine, airplane, and boat; where literature,
art, mathematics, and environmental studies are part of daily life; and
where an ancient culture is moving toward a promising future.
