How to Run Progress Reports- A 1 page guide that explains how to select the appropriate students and run a progress report for them.

Scheduling new students- How to schedule a new student at your school.

Add/drop classes for MS/HS students - How to correctly add and drop classes to make schedule changes.

Running Transcripts- One page guide that shows the steps in running transcripts.

Running Report Cards- One page guide that shows the steps to running report cards for all grades.

Running Honor Roll- One page guide that shows steps to running your honor roll.  This can only be done after grades are stored and you have begun printing report cards.

Class Attendance Audit- A big report that gives you all attendance for every class a teacher has.  Takes about 3 minutes/teacher, something to do at the end of the semester or year.

Attendance Summary by Student- One page guide that will show you how to run an ADA/ADM report by student for your school.

Attendance Summary by Grade- A one page report that gives you your site ADA percentage.

Eligibility Report- A quick way to get grades and GPA for students participating in activities or sports.  Can be used with the 'Activities' feature.

Using Activities- Associate school activities such as basketball, battle of the books, and science fair with groups of students.  This will eventually allow you to check eligibility for that group and run reports only for students in a specific activity.

Taking Attendance- A 1 page guide that briefly explains how to take attendance in the office as well as the new attendance procedure.

How to make a Daily Bulletin- An easy way to send out a message to all your teachers at the beginning of the day.  You can preview, edit, and delete your bulletins.

Log Entries- Document discipline, attendance, and other information for a student.

Field Names - List of all searchable student fields in PowerSchool.

Basic User Guide- A 26 page guide that provides an overview of PowerSchool including; logging in, navigation, searching, daily bulletin, master schedule, and teacher schedules.  (NOTE: this user guide does not apply to all users)
